Birthday Club - Get Your Customers Registered!

Your Preferred Customers are valued at Neora. On top of early access to limited-time offers, promotions, and can’t-miss product debuts and savings, we have our Birthday Club. During your Preferred Customer’s birthday month, they will get a FREE surprise birthday gift ($25 CAD + value) with any SmartShop order.

Now is the time to get them registered for the Birthday Club so they don’t miss out on their FREE gift! The sooner they sign up the better for them!

It’s easy—all your Existing Preferred Customers must do is head to their Customer Account Center and, once logged in, they will be prompted by a pop-up screen to verify their account information including their phone number, email, and birthday month. Once confirmed, they are part of our Birthday Club!

It's just as easy for your new Enrolling Preferred Customers to join the Birthday Club! They just head to your Personal Website, shop and, at checkout, enter their birthday, phone number, email and opt into our communications. That's it!

During your Preferred Customer’s birthday month, they will automatically get their FREE surprise birthday gift if they have an active SmartShop order. If they do not have an active SmartShop Order then they will be issued and sent a coupon code via email to receive a FREE surprise birthday gift ($25 CAD + value) included with any SmartShop order.

Please note: Preferred Customers opted into the Birthday Club will be emailed on the 1st of their birthday month with a unique code to be entered at checkout for their SmartShop Order. Additionally, PCs can click into the “Click here for available coupons” field at checkout to locate their Birthday Club coupon whether they have their code handy or not!

Please note: Free Birthday Gift will not be issued for birthdays that fall within the opt-in month.

For Example:
If your Preferred Customer with a May birthday joins in September, they will receive a free birthday gift in May.

If your Preferred Customer with a September birthday joins in September, they will receive their first free birthday gift next September, in their second year in the club.

10% NeoraCASH Rewards on Ever SmartShop Order

On every SmartShop order placed, Preferred Customers earn 10% NeoraCASH to be applied to their next month’s SmartShop order. Along with the ease of use of our SmartShop Manager, PCs earn even better rewards to use toward the things they love.

Here’s how it works:

• NeoraCASH is calculated as 10% of the order subtotal (before taxes and shipping and after other discounts are applied), which can then be applied to next month’s SmartShop order.

• NeoraCASH earned in the previous month will be available to use the following month, beginning on the first day of the month. NeoraCASH expires at the end of the following month after it is earned.

• Any earned and available NeoraCASH will be automatically applied to the PC’s SmartShop order (but can be removed if desired).

• NeoraCASH can only be used on SmartShop orders (a win-win for our valued Preferred Customers!

Here’s how it works:

• Simply add a new or edit an existing SmartShop order from SmartShop Manager.

• Add as many Hot List products as you would like to your SmartShop order. Hot List products are available in a limited quantity and products vary by market; you’ll want to process your SmartShop order early in the month to make sure you get yours!

• When inventory for a specific Hot List product is depleted, it will be marked as out of stock.
