    Overview

    Welcome to your Social Selling Toolkit! This toolkit will help you easily streamline your social media strategy with ready-to-use graphics and prompts to customize posts that drive engagement.

    Keeping things simple with social media is the key to success—it ensures you’re always sharing a clear, consistent message and keeps you on-brand while building product recognition. Repetition makes people remember your brand – the focus creates clarity in consumers’ minds. Remember, effective marketing is saying the same thing a million times, not saying a million different things.

    To keep it easy, we’ve chosen 5 core products to promote but feel free to switch things up if you’re passionate about another product. We recommend starting with just 2 of these products to keep your messaging clear and consistent. The 5 core products are Day & Night Cream, Firm Body Contour Cream, LashLush, and the NeoraFit set.

    Each day show up as YOU in your personal life - what is your movie? Your Neora content is your commercial.

    There are tons of ways to make your content shine! Use the weekly cadence below to plan out your Neora content—and don’t forget, your followers love seeing you! Add a selfie or video to make it personal and engaging.

    Monday: Business Story Day

    Share your personal journey as a Neora Brand Partner! People connect through stories, and many do not know what being a Brand Partner really looks like. This is your chance to show them what it’s all about, relate to your audience, and let them get to know you better through your experience.

    Examples: Take a selfie of you working outside, taking a mid-day walk, being able to volunteer, etc.

    Tuesday: Value Add Content

    Post content that is not product-centric, but is still something that supports the Neora product you’re focused on sharing. This content should bring VALUE to your audience.

    Examples: Share a healthy recipe such as a mocktail with YouthFactor or your favorite recipe with our Protien Powder.

    Wednesday: Product Focus #1

    Share about one of the products you have chosen to focus on - you can use the graphics and prompts in this toolkit to help get you started. Don’t forget to add YOU to the content.

    Examples: Share a “Get Ready with Me” video, Instagram reel with one graphic followed by a reel of the product in action, before + after photos, etc.

    Thursday: Promo/Flex Day

    Get creative and post what speaks to you. If you’re stumped, it’s a great day to share something about a current product promotion.

    Examples: Post a fun engagement post such as a selfie with “How are you feeling today? Using emojis only comment below!” or highlight/demo how one of the products in the current promotion look, feel, smell and work for you in a video.

    Friday: Product Story Day

    Share a story about how one of the two products you’re focusing on has made an impact or provided a solution for you or a customer.

    Examples: Share your honest experience or a customer review, before + after photos, or a “wow” factoid about our products and ingredients.

    Saturday: Product Focus #2

    Share the other Neora product you have chosen to focus on - you can use the graphics and prompts in this toolkit to help get you started. Don’t forget to add YOU to the content.

    Examples: Share a quick video or write why you love a product or show your own personal results overtime paired with some of our graphics.

    Sunday: Value Add Content

    Post content that is not product-centric, but is still something that supports the Neora product you’re focused on sharing. This content should bring VALUE to your audience.

    Examples: Post about something you’re doing to improve your wellness journey or share a personal development moment or takeaway you had from listening to a Built to Win podcast.


    Using a Content Planner

    Here’s an example of how to plan your week using content ideas!

    If you’re a Canva user and like the layout below, check out this link to a blank Content Planner template you can customize. In addition, use the Brand Partner Monthly Social Media Calendar for daily prompts to kickstart your creativity.


    Create Compelling Content

    Make your posts pop with captions that grab attention, share value, and invite engagement. Keep it in your own voice! Remember this social media conversion formula = consistent content —> creates conversations.

    What to include:

    Hook: Start with something catchy. You have 3 seconds to catch people’s attention and the initial thing they see or read should answer “what’s in it for me?” Example: “Ready for glowing skin without the chemicals?” or “Say goodbye to retinol, try this!”

    Personal Story: Share your personal experience or a customer testimonial. Example: “I’ve been using [product] for 30 days and I’ve seen a HUGE difference in my….”

    Call to Action: Get people involved! Example: “Curious about [product]? DM me!” or “Drop a [emoji] if you’re struggling with [problem].”

    Hashtags: Use our recommended hashtags in the Graphics + Prompts section! They make your content more searchable to people looking for the types of products you’re sharing, boosting your chances of being discovered by new audiences and help expand your network.


    Additional Tips

    Refresh Your Bio: Make sure your bio is clear and up to date! Let people know what solutions you offer and include a direct link to your personal shopping site.

    Stick to a 90-Day Cycle: Don't worry about repeating content! People need to see things multiple times for it to stick, so rinse and repeat every 90 days.

    Post Consistently: Plan a steady posting schedule to stay visible like the weekly schedule provided in this toolkit.

    • Shoot to post daily. Focus on progress over perfection. Use time blocks for content creation you can create a weeks’ worth of content in a one-hour block of time!

    • Include a shopping link to the product you are recommending they purchase. At the end of each story series, make sure to include a link to the product you are recommending they purchase. Make it a one-click experience for your viewers.

    Audience Engagement: Ask yourself these key questions…

    • Who am I talking to?

    • Who’s posts am I interacting with?

    • Who am I messaging?

    Social platforms use these interactions to decide who sees your content. If you’re mainly engaging with other Neora Brand Partners, your content is likely being shown only to them—not ideal for growing your sales. To reach potential customers or new Brand Partners, focus on engaging with your target audience.

    3 Simple Steps to Boost Engagement:

    1. Respond to comments and messages quickly.

    2. Engage with your target market to increase the likelihood of them seeing your content

    3. Encourage customers to tag you when they try your products.

    4. Use polls or questions in Stories to spark conversations about the product benefits.
