Future Leader Bonus Plan
Neora's Future Leader Bonus Plan rewards both new and existing Brand Partners for achieving specific ranks within designated timeframes. Additionally, enrollers receive bonuses when their personally enrolled New Brand Partners reach certain milestones.
New Brand Partners can earn up to $63,100 in bonuses and Existing Brand Partners can earn up to $52,000. Enroller can earn up to $2,700 for helping their New Brand Partner earn the rank bonus in their first three full months.*
New and Existing Brand Partners can earn bonuses by advancing through ranks:

📌 Key Rules & Qualifications
Enrollment Date: Brand Partners must enroll by June 30, 2025 to participate in the Future Leader Bonus Plan
Enrollment Volume: Brand Partners must have 200 QV in enrollment volume in the month they rank advance to qualify for bonuses.
Timeframe: Ranks must be achieved within the specified timeframes to be eligible for bonuses.
Bonus Payouts: Bonuses are paid over three consecutive months, starting with the month the new rank is achieved.
Maintenance Requirement: The achieved rank must be maintained for two consecutive months following the initial achievement to receive the full bonus.
Compliance: Neora reserves the right to audit qualifying orders towards this bonus to ensure that all orders are valid and nothing out of the intent towards normal business-building behavior was used to achieve these bonuses.
