iPayout Neora Wallet

Congratulations on earning commissions! Now that you have earned your commissions, let’s set up your wallet. Follow the steps below or watch the setup video.

Here’s How it Works

1. Click the link that was provided to you in your registration email sent directly to you from iPayout. This email will also contain your username and password. Take a minute to write those down.

2. Once you have clicked the link, you will be taken to the eWallet activation screen. Click the Continue button.

3. Enter the username and password provided in your registration email.

4. Fill in the information on the landing page to register your wallet successfully. Please take note of the section green section at the top - as it is very pertinent to successfully registering your wallet.

   Please make sure you enter the following.

• First and Last Name

  • This is your legal first and last name. Just think of the name that you use when you file your taxes. Ex: You go by “Deb”, but all your government documents have “Deborah”, please input Deborah.

• Your physical address

  • Please note that PO Boxes are not permissible.

• Email Address

  • This must be a valid email address

• Date of Birth

• Email Language

5. Complete Section 2 of registration: Company/Personal Information.

   1. In the Social Security box, you can enter your government-issued Social Security Number (US), Social Insurance Number (CA), Employer Identification Number (EIN) or Canadian Business Number. If you choose to use a business number, you will be required to upload proof of incorporation documents.

6. Complete Section 3 by checking the two boxes.

   

7. Create a 4 – 10 digit PIN in Section 4. This PIN will allow you to navigate through your wallet as an extra layer of security.  

8. From there, you will scroll down to the Security Questions. Please remember your answers – if you fail to enter your Security Question answers correctly, you will be locked out of your account.

9. Once the steps above have been completed successfully, you will then click on “Continue” and see the following confirmation page that your Neora eWallet is activated. Please make sure to pay attention to any messages on this page requesting additional documentation. You will need to complete the displayed requests to receive your commissions.
