How do I access my Neora Perks/Perks PLUS account?

Perks accounts are set up weekly on Thursday. A welcome email with a link to neora.perkspot.com is sent to the email on file with Neora.

If you can't find your welcome email, visit neora.perkspot.com and use the "forgot password" link to trigger the automated email.

To be eligible for Neora Perks, Preferred Customers must have a SmartShop Order that processed within the previous 60 days and Brand Partners must have a SmartShop Order that processed within the previous 30 days.

To be eligible for Neora Perks PLUS, Brand Partners must have a SmartShop Order that processed within the previous 30 days AND an active subscription to Neora Edge.
