    Q: Why should I attend?
    A: Join Neora executives & field leadership for a jam-packed training session to accelerate your Neora business.

    Q: Who can attend Power Training?
    A: All active Brand Partners are invited to attend.

    Q: Who can attend Neora Leadership Academy?
    A: Brand Partners that have achieved Elite Director or higher are invited to attend.

    Q: Can I share my ticket with my co-applicant/spouse?
    A: If you share your account with a business partner or spouse, you must each purchase a ticket to Power Training.

    Q: Who can attend the Neora Leadership Academy?
    A: Brand Partners that have achieved Elite Director or higher are invited to attend the Neora Leadership Academy (NLA). Register by 8/31 to receive a personalized business snapshot provided by our data analysts to identify strengths and opportunities in your organization, along with recommended action items!

    Q: Is there a payment plan option for registration?
    A: Yes! You have the option to purchase the ticket in full or split your registration into two separate payments! Half will be charged upon registration and the remaining balance will be automatically charged on September 27th 2024.

    Q: What is the event attire?
    A: For the training sessions, we ask that attendees dress in business casual attire. No shorts,t-shirts, torn jeans or flip-flops. Comfortable shoes and a light jacket are recommended.

    Q: Are guests allowed to attend?
    A: All attendees must be registered to attend the Power Training sessions.

    Q: Will there be a family room?
    A: There will not be a family room available at Power Training.

    Q: Will there be concessions during the event?
    A: This is yet to be determined.

    Q: Will there be translation services available?
    A: This is yet to be determined. We must have at least 25 requests per language to provide translation services.

    Q: Will the event have handicapped access?
    A: Yes, the facility is handicapped accessible. Check in with one of our friendly staff members if you need assistance. Please make sure to pick up your conference badge before checking in.

    Q: Will there be transportation provided?
    A: There will not be conference shuttles available.

    Q: Can I get a refund on my Power Training ticket?
    A: There are no cancellations and no refunds on event tickets. However, you can sell and assign your ticket to someone else who can attend.

    Q: Will there be workshops at the event?
    A: No, workshops will not be available for this event.

    Q: Is there a single-day ticket if I can only attend one day?
    A: No, unfortunately tickets are not sold by day. One event ticket grants you access to each General Session.

    Q: Will there be a Neora store onsite?
    A: Yes, the Neora Gear Store will be onsite!

    Q: Will there be a Social Lounge this year?
    A: There will be a self-service station available for attendees.

    Q: What airport should I choose to fly into?
    A: Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) or Dallas Love Field (DAL) are two options available.

    Q: How far is Frisco from the airport?
    A: Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is about 20 miles (about 25 minutes) from Frisco. Dallas Love Field (DAL) is about 25 miles (about 30 minutes) from Frisco.
