Canada NeoraFit Delayed Shipment

Currently, NeoraFit remains at our Canadian warehouse and we are still waiting to receive the final paperwork to release it for shipment. This has created a delay in shipping Canada NeoraFit products.

To ensure orders are received as quickly as possible, orders that include NeoraFit products will be split-shipped. Non-NeoraFit items will ship right away at no additional cost to the customer, while NeoraFit products will follow in a separate shipment as soon as they are ready. Any orders affected by this will be notified via email.

You will be notified once NeoraFit orders start shipping. We truly appreciate your understanding.

Canada Post Strike

Canada Post has announced a national strike, temporarily halting pick-ups and deliveries and holding shipments in transit at secure facilities. We understand this may impact your orders, and we’re actively working to provide updates. Customers with orders affected will receive email notifications shortly. Thank you for your patience as we navigate this situation. Stay tuned—more information coming soon!

Exciting news! We have negotiated fee eliminations and reductions with i-Payout, our vendor that issues Brand Partner payments. An overview of the changes is below.

Fee structure changes:

Fee Eliminations (all markets)

• I-Payout Signup fee

• Monthly maintenance fee

Fee Reductions (specific markets) Which fees are these?

• US ACH reduced from 1.00 to 0.50

• CA EFT reduced from 3.00 to 2.00

• MX EFT reduced from 3.50 to 2.00

• AU EFT reduced from 3.50 to 3.00

Neora will continue to pay the fee for the first EFT transfer fee each month for distributors outside of the US (meaning no change in fees for this).
